Trevi is a member of Città dell'Olio, Cittaslow, Città del Bio, and i Borghi più Belli d'Italia, is a Touring Club Italiano Orange Flag town, and holds an EMAS environmental certificate. It's a real “open-air museum” boasting countless treasures in its art, nature, and landscape.

The Olive Slopes
Trevi is set within the Olive Slopes between Assisi and Spoleto, an FAO globally important agricultural heritage system. The town is widely considered the capital of olive oil.
Producers
Trevi extra-virgin olive oil is prized for its fine properties: an intense aroma; a bitter, spicy flavor; and a characteristic yellow-green color.
Traces of history
The olive tree is a symbol of important religious values. A long-living tree, the olive can also be considered a symbol of the symbiosis between humans and nature in these lands.

Black celery is a Slow Food presidium. The "black" variety has been grown in the Canapine area near the river Clitunno since the seventeenth century.
